Top 10 most expensive rail infrastructure projects in progress

In looking at a list of the world’s most expensive transport infrastructure, I’ve pulled out the most expensive rail related projects that are in progress and will be completed in the next 20 years. The figures represent estimated costs, not accounting for inflation. As these projects are still in progress the expenses could go down or, more likely, go up.

What do you think? Rail projects are continuing globally. Surprisingly, England crops on there twice. Let us know your thoughts.
